We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or surplus materials unless approved by our team.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved returns for excess stock or other authorised returns may be accepted at our discretion and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and approved before being sent back.
