What is moisture-resistant plasterboard?

Can I use moisture-resistant plasterboard in a shower?

Follow the waterproofing and lining requirements for the specific wet zone (and your local code/standard). Many shower areas require specific substrates and waterproofing systems. If you’re unsure, check your plans or ask your waterproofing contractor/certifier.

Should I use 10mm or 13mm in wet areas?
